What if my flight is delayed?
Nothing on your end. We track the flight the airline is actually reporting, so the pickup moves to the real landing time, early or late, and the flat rate we set does not change with it.
Domestic or international — where do you meet me?
Whichever your flight lands at. Domestic arrivals come out at the Domestic Terminal on the west side of the airport; international flights clear customs at the Maynard H. Jackson Jr. International Terminal, Concourse F, on the east. Send the airline and the flight and we are staged at the right one.
Do you serve both directions?
Yes — arrivals at ATL and rides back out to it, anywhere across metro Atlanta and up into North Georgia. For a departure we build the pickup around your check-in window and the run to the terminal.
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you have the flight. We run by reservation, so a pre-dawn departure or a well-past-midnight arrival is just another booking on the calendar here.
